Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Jet Reserve, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with airline regulations and third-party provider terms. By booking through our platform, you agree to the following conditions:


1. General Policy

  • All flight bookings are subject to the refund and cancellation rules of the respective airline or service provider.
  • Jet Reserve acts as an intermediary and adheres to the policies set forth by the airline or third-party booking systems.
  • Not all tickets are refundable. Please check the fare conditions before confirming your booking.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to: [your email].
  • Refund eligibility depends on the fare type selected (Refundable / Non-Refundable / Partially Refundable).
  • A cancellation fee may apply based on airline rules and our administrative processing.

Refundable Tickets:

  • Eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to airline policies.
  • Processing time: 7–14 business days.

Non-Refundable Tickets:

  • No refund is issued, unless cancellation is due to airline schedule change or force majeure.
  • In some cases, the ticket may be converted into travel credit.

Partially Refundable Tickets:

  • A partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable cancellation fees.

3. Cancellation by Airline

If the airline cancels, delays, or significantly changes the flight schedule:

  • You may be entitled to a full refund or alternative travel arrangements.
  • Refunds for such cases will be processed once approved by the airline.

4. No-Shows

  • Failure to show up for your flight without prior notice to us or the airline will result in the entire fare being forfeited.
  • No refund or credit will be provided for no-shows.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–14 business days after airline approval.
  • The amount will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Jet Reserve is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage. This may provide added flexibility and reimbursement options in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Important Notes

  • All refund requests are subject to approval by the airline or service provider.
  • Jet Reserve charges a small administrative fee for processing cancellations and refunds, which will be communicated in advance.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed unless specified in your ticket’s fare rules.
